The name Sklavopula reminds me that there is a place called Sklaverokhdri in the eparkhia of Pedhiadha, and another called Sklavus in Sitia. Sklavokhdri is also a name which is sometimes met with, and has precisely the same meaning as Dulopolis in ancient Greek

Η Σκλαβοπούλα είναι χωριό του δήμου Καντάνου - Σελίνου, της περιφερειακής ενότητα Χανίων της Κρήτης. Σύμφωνα με την απογραφή του 2011 έχει 28 κατοίκους. Απέχει 80 χιλιόμετρα από τα Χανιά και 20 χιλιόμετρα από την Παλαιόχωρα και είναι κτισμένη σε υψόμετρο 640 μ.

Sklavopoula is a village in the municipality of Kantanos - Selinos, in the regional unit of Chania in Crete. According to the 2011 census it has 28 inhabitants. It is 80 km from Chania and 20 km from Paleochora and is built at an altitude of 640 m.
